Patrick Sheppard has over 30 years of experience in Asset Management including over 25 years in the Wealth & Institutional industry and 9 years as an Independent Asset Manager and Wealth Advisor.
He has held Investment Committee, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer roles with companies ranging in Assets Under Management of $600 million to $750 billion. Prior to founding ARWA, Patrick held positions at BNY Mellon, The Boston Company, William Blair and Fidelity Institutional Investments.
Patrick is a Certified Management Accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also served on numerous boards and committees as well as held the position of Vice President of the Investment Advisor Association (an organization of 600 plus Registered Investment Advisors across the United States).

Abigail "Abby" Sheppard earned her MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Denver in 2024. During her studies, she traveled to South Africa and Europe, gaining first had insights into global markets and advising small businesses on growth strategies and consumer positioning. Abby brings a global perspective on market trends and product offerings to ensure client-focused solutions.
At ARWA, Abby conducts in-depth financial market research, analyzes key industry trends, and evaluates individual investments to support the firm's investment strategy. Her operational expertise enhances ARWA's efficiency in data management, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Abby's background in sales and marketing, including management experience in luxury hospitality, equips her to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Her unique combination of analytical skills, operational knowledge, and customer focus drives value for ARWA and its clients.
