- Patrick Sheppard has over 35 years of experience in Asset Management including over 25 years in the Wealth & Institutional industry and 10 years as an Independent Asset Manager and Wealth Advisor.
- He has held Investment Committee, Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Compliance Officer roles with companies ranging in Assets Under Management of $600 million to $750 billion. Prior to founding ARWA, Patrick held positions at BNY Mellon, The Boston Company, William Blair and Fidelity Institutional Investments.
- Patrick is a Certified Management Accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also served on numerous boards and committees as well as held the position of Vice President of the Investment Advisor Association (an organization of 600 plus Registered Investment Advisors across the United States).

During her studies, she traveled to South Africa and Europe, gaining first hand insights into global markets and advising small businesses on growth strategies and consumer positioning. Abby brings a global perspective on market trends and product offerings to ensure optimal solutions.
